I cant' help but wonder... What is she dreaming of? Tuna? Catnip? Kitty plunder? She's so sweet and precious as once again she naps. Is she having grand adventures involving birds or mice perhaps? I think her sleep is filled up with all sorts of kitty schemes. More ways to charm and enchant me for when she no longer dreams. She awakens ever so slowly opening her sleepy eyes. Then a yawn and a stretch or two, that she tries on for size. Soon she is seeking me out for a scratch, a tummy rub or two. Her purr delights me, as always, while she plans what we will do. |
She contemplates her choice. After deciding she lets me know using her meow-sical voice. She captivates me with her ways, her beauty and her grace. From the tip of her kitty tail to her expressive kitty face. Before I know it, much too soon, she is curled up fast asleep. Just a quick catnap... and then into my lap in a leap. We begin another chapter in the life we share, we two. She makes me smile, makes me laugh, and makes me say, "Kitty, I love you!" ||Susan Orloski - April, 2004|| (All Rights Reserved) |
