Supplies (tubes by Scarlet Gothica)
I have also included in the zip the frame, mask, spider web, cat and crow.
Use background paper and font of choice (I used freeze).

This tagtorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge
of paint shop and I will not go into great detail on how to do basic steps.

Open the supplies in psp.
(you will want to colorize the web to suit the tube(s) you are using.)

Open a new transparent image 800 x 500 you can resize later
if you don't like your tags BIG like I do.

Flood fill with white if desired. This is the base for your tag.
Copy and paste the frame as a new layer and below that layer copy and
paste the paper you are using for your tag background. Apply the mask and then merge group.
You will need to use source opacity instead of source luminance when applying the mask.
(You may need to undo and resize your paper to get the finished background look you wish
behind your frame.) When you are happy with it go on to the next step.

Now add your tubes, the cat, crow and web to suit you. Add any drop shadows you desire,
your text and any copyright info. If you use the tubes I included the information is:
©Scarlet Gothica

Resize as desired and crop and save.

Show off your new tag!

Here is my 2nd tag from this tutorial.
