This tagtorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge
of paint shop and I will not go into great detail on how to do basic steps.

Open the supplies in psp.

Open a new transparent image 600 x 600, you can resize later.

Flood fill with white if desired. This is the base for your tag.
Copy and paste the frame as a new layer.

Copy and paste the image I supplied or one of your own as a new layer, and duplicate it.
Make sure one image layer is directly above the layer labeled left photo and the other directly
above the layer labeled right photo.

Select all, float, invert on the layer labeled left photo and then select the image layer above it
and hit delete. Repeat the steps for right photo and the image layer above it.
Merge visible, duplicate twice and rotate the bottom two layers to suit you.

Now add the cat, crow, owl and jack-o-lantern to suit you. Add any drop shadows you desire,
your text and any copyright info.

Resize as desired and crop and save.

Show off your new tag!
